Year 1: $100 | Year 2: $200 | Year 3: $300 | After 3 years: $1,000 per claim
$3,500 maximum coverage limit throughout the agreement period
Oil changes required every 5 months OR 5,000 miles - failure voids agreement
Cannot exceed 18,000 miles per year or 1,500 miles per month

This Limited Service Agreement is not insurance. You must maintain full collision insurance at all times. Holmes Motors is not responsible for towing, rentals, or loaner vehicles.
Maintenance is Critical
Failure to maintain your vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, especially oil changes every 5 months or 5,000 miles, will void this agreement completely.
